Sign Up and Log In

Sign Up: Users sign up using their work email addresses. The first user to sign up is designated as the Super Admin for the organisation. The sign-up process includes email verification to ensure security. An organisation can be registered only once - meaning, if a user with the organisation’s email address (user@writerecruit.com) has signed up and activated their account, then no other user can sign up with that particular organisation’s domain (@writerecruit.com). However, they can be invited by the super admin to access the web app.


Log In: Users can log in using their registered email and password. The login screen also provides options for password recovery and redirects users to the appropriate dashboard based on their role.

Company Setup

After the first login, the Super Admin is directed to set up the company's details. This includes entering the company name, selecting the industry, and watching an introductory video that provides an overview of WriteRecruit.
