What are the user types inside WriteRecruit?

An explanation of the user and access rights within WriteRecruit

Super Admin

The Super Admin is responsible for registering the company in the WriteRecruit and has full access rights. This role includes managing the entire web app, adding or removing users, creating and approving job adverts, and overseeing the overall functionality.

Admin

Admins have access rights similar to the Super Admin but with some limitations. They can manage Recruiters, create and edit job adverts, and oversee the advert creation process. However, Admins cannot manage other Admins or change user roles.

Recruiter

Recruiters can create, edit, and manage job adverts. They have access to all advert creation tools, including those utilising Gen AI. Recruiters cannot manage user roles or access certain administrative features.

Copywriter

Copywriters are assigned specific job adverts to write. They have limited access to other areas of the web app and cannot create or approve adverts independently. Their role focuses on writing and editing assigned adverts. The copywriter account is managed by the WriteRecruit team.

Reviewer

Reviewers are external users who receive email links to review and provide feedback on job adverts. They do not have full access to the WriteRecruit web app and can only view and comment on the adverts they are assigned.
